Industrial Solar

Power Your Industry With Smarter Energy.

Large-scale solar for factories, manufacturing units, warehouses and industrial facilities across India — engineered capacities from 100 kW to 2 MW.

Industrial Scale

Energy Cost per Unit of Production

For an energy-intensive plant, electricity is not an overhead — it is an input cost that shows up in the price of everything you make. Solar at industrial scale is a way to fix part of that input cost for the next two decades.

Industrial projects differ from rooftop residential work in almost every respect: the structures are larger and older, the electrical infrastructure is HT rather than LT, the approvals are more involved, and the consequences of a poor design are measured in lost production. They are run as engineering projects, with a schedule and defined milestones.

  • Energy consumption analysis against actual load curves and shift patterns
  • Project feasibility covering structure, area, electrical capacity and regulatory position
  • System design and engineering including single-line diagrams and protection design
  • Installation planned around plant operations and shutdown windows
  • Commissioning with testing, synchronisation and documented handover

What We Assess Before Anything Is Installed

Consumption Analysis

Twelve months of HT/LT billing data, maximum demand, power factor, shift patterns and seasonal variation — the basis for capacity sizing.

Structural Assessment

Roof or shed condition, purlin spacing, load-bearing capacity and wind loading, so the mounting system is safe for the design life of the plant.

Electrical Design

Single-line diagram, string and inverter configuration, protection coordination, earthing and lightning protection appropriate to the connection voltage.

Regulatory Position

DISCOM approval route, permitted capacity against sanctioned load, metering arrangement and electrical inspectorate clearance where applicable.

Execution Plan

Sequencing around plant operations, material delivery, manpower and defined milestones so production disruption is minimised.

Long-Term Support

Maintenance schedule, cleaning cycles appropriate to industrial dust conditions, and performance review after commissioning.

Consultation

Large-Scale Project Consultation

Industrial solar decisions are made on numbers, not brochures. Share your consumption data and site details and we will assess whether the project is viable, at what capacity, and what it would take to execute.

Where a project is not viable — because of roof condition, shading, regulatory caps or load profile — we will say so. That is more useful to you than a proposal that cannot be delivered.

Applicable incentives, open-access provisions and metering policies for industrial consumers vary by state and change over time. The residential PM Surya Ghar subsidy scheme does not apply to industrial installations.
