Daytime load profiles align closely with solar generation, which makes offices among the strongest fits for rooftop solar.
Rooftop and carport solar for offices, retail, hotels, hospitals, schools, warehouses and commercial properties across India — typically 10 kW to 500 kW.
Commercial tariffs are typically higher than residential ones, and commercial consumption is concentrated in exactly the hours when a rooftop solar system generates. That overlap is what makes commercial solar work.

Daytime load profiles align closely with solar generation, which makes offices among the strongest fits for rooftop solar.
Lighting, air conditioning and display loads run through daylight hours, when a rooftop system is producing.
Continuous operation and high air-conditioning load make energy cost a permanent line item worth attacking.
Round-the-clock facilities where a reduction in daytime grid draw compounds over the year.
Campus roofs are usually large, unshaded and structurally simple — good conditions for solar.
Large shed roofs with modest internal load can host capacity well beyond the facility's own consumption.
Twelve months of billing data and, where available, load curves — so capacity is designed against real consumption rather than an assumption.
Roof structure and load-bearing capacity, shadow-free area, orientation, cable routes and electrical room assessment.
Layout, string design, inverter configuration, single-line diagram, generation estimate and an itemised commercial proposal.
DISCOM application and metering coordination, followed by structure, module, DC/AC and protection installation to plan.
Testing, synchronisation, handover documentation, performance baseline and ongoing maintenance support.
The capacity you are permitted to install, and how exported units are credited, are governed by your state electricity regulator and DISCOM — not by the installer. Net metering, net billing and gross metering arrangements differ across states, as do caps linked to sanctioned load and transformer capacity.
We assess the arrangement applicable at your location as part of the feasibility stage, so the design you approve is one that can actually be sanctioned.
Applicable incentives, metering policy and approval requirements vary by state, by DISCOM and over time. Commercial installations are not covered by the residential PM Surya Ghar subsidy scheme.
Share your monthly consumption and location — we will respond with an indicative capacity and next steps.
Send us twelve months of electricity bills and we will tell you honestly whether solar makes commercial sense for your premises, and at what scale.
